At Ritual Health, your satisfaction is important to us. This policy outlines your rights and our process for returns and refunds, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.

1. Your Right of Withdrawal (EU Law)

As a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision within this 14-day period by contacting us at: support@ritualhealth.de

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Unopened and in its original packaging
  • In the same condition as when you received it
  • Not a perishable or hygiene product that has been opened (exceptions may apply under EU law)

3. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at info@ritualhealth.com within 14 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. We will provide you with return instructions
  4. Pack the item securely and send it to the address provided

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [your contact email] with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened health or wellness products for hygiene reasons
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards
